Please keep all boxes and packing materials so that we may file a claim with the shipping company. This is extremely important. We will issue a call tag and have the items picked up and a credit will be issued or replacement sent
depending upon your wishes.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. For reasons other than damaged goods you may return any item, *with the exception noted below for a full refund(you will be responsible for return shipping costs)if returned within 14 days from receipt. Item must be returned unopened and in same condition received.
